Thank you for your interest in our schedule of classes.
Please download the following packet for each child you are registering for class. Please bring your forms to "My Studio of Dance" or mail your paperwork (with accompanied check) to the following address before: A: the first day of class, if your child starts classes on that day; or B: Sept. 11th for 1st Semester, and Feb. 2nd for 2nd semester for late registrations. Summer sessions must be paid before May 15th. No late registrations for summer sessions. Please bear in mind that any registration after classes start will be subject to available openings for classes. We will attempt to keep an up to date posting on the closed status of classes, but this is a busy time and the information on the website may be outdated. If classes are unavailable, your submitted fee will be returned.

The ONLY way we can hold your child's placement in a class is with your registration fee of $25 and 1st month fee. The first fully paid 15 students will close the class. 10 for the Choreography class.

This form will be needed any time your child is asked to participate outside of class. Your signature binds you to the costs associated with each project. You will be sent a reminder via email when a permission slip is needed.
These papers will NOT be sent home with your child. You will need to download them or pick up at office.
